So my Cricut is another tool that helps me with my scrapbooking. I love having my photos matted and arranged for me so I can concentrate on the rest of the layout. I look at it like the placing the furniture in the room and then adding the fun stuff!

And, as many of you have said, you want to use Design Space but you don't want or need to be a master at Cricut!
So, what do you need to know? The facts, just the facts, m'am!
A Simple SVG is the easiest SVG you will ever use.
There are 4 steps:
download from my shop
save to your computer (the hardest part is remembering where!)
upload into Design Space
add to design mat and CUT!
Do you like double matted photos? Use the OffSet Tool in Design Space to create a "shadow" layer.
This is the starting point. Now, using the Tool Kit, crop your 4x6 photos to fit the photo spaces in the Simple SVG.
Falling in love with Close to My Heart has helped me to see that my techy, all Cricut scrapbooking was keeping me from exploring all the "things" !! I have now limited my Cricuting to the Simple and photo mats and an occasional embellishment or title.
Start with photos
Add a Simple cut with my Cricut
and then its time to put away the techy stuff and get back to why I love scrapbooking - playing with paper!
