Pssst card makers...

the one thing that sets your cards apart from others, that one thing that makes you happy when you craft..

Mine? I have found a way to combine my love of Cricut and my love of playing with stamps, ink and paper! And my goal is to share that secret with all of you! Yup, I am a terrible keeper of secrets. If I buy a Christmas present in the summer, you can guarantee I will not save it til December.

Here is simple card but it helps me share my secret sauce with you. I love how this Card SVG adds a unique touch to the front of this card. I wish you could see this in person. The die cut stamped flower has such depth and awesome rounded edges created by the die cut machine.

So you start with a card base (8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4)

add a pattern paper 4 x 5 1/4

Then added the Cricut-cut Card SVG (I cut just with white and inked the edges but pattern paper or cardstock colors are so much fun too)

This one has a contrasting "swoop" at the top and even a sentiment space ready to stamp.

Adding the stamped die cut with Stampin' Dimensionals gives us the final touch.

My classes will all feature the added Cricut layer both in SVG so you can duplicate card AND pre cut so even if you are not a Cricut user, you can still enjoy this card making too. So excited to share this with you. Check out the upcoming card kit here

Shhh here is a sketch of the 4 Card SVGs for the upcoming Hedge Hog Class!
