I arrived in Mesa last night after an uneventful flight...no really ... no delays, no hassles everything went smoothly. Cool huh? I did not get the seat I wanted on the trip from Cleaveland (I guess that is part of the direct route from Massachusetts to Arizona?) that is where the first plane took me! Anyway the long leg of the flight ( almost 5 hours) involved a middle seat ... ya.. but the lady on the aisle was bringing back her brand new 8 week old chocolate lab puppy. And her best friend had one too! One of them was really quiet and slept the whole trip but the one next to me was not really happy and yiped and cried unless the new mom was petting him or letting him chew on her fingers! Tough to do in an airplane when they insist the puppy stays in the crate under the seat. Good thing I am dog crazy!
I had a chance to peek in the vendor faire at CK Mesa this morning before it was open...looks great! My first class is at 12:30 Rub a Dub Dub
I teach 4 classes today, Rub a dub dub, Bark
and School winding up the evening with Board Book 101... that is the two hour extravaganza where everyone creates their own book...their paper...their theme...the design! Crazy...then dinner and sleep in the comfy Marriot Meza and then 3 tomorrow. Off to sit in the Arizona sun for a bit. Hugs, Cara
